2nd International Festival of Sephardic Memory in Portugal

From September 18th to 21st, the towns of Guarda, Trancoso and Belmonte (Serra de Estrela, Portugal) will host the second edition of the International Festival of Sephardic Memory.

The festival this year is focused on three main subjects dealing with Judaism and decisive moments in History and Humankind:
- The Righteous of Portugal during World War II
- The exploit of Carlos Sampayo Garrido and Alberto Branquinho in Hungary
- The rescuing work of Captain Barros Bastos
