?Nothing about the exterior prepares one for the inside. This is certainly, after the Royal Pavilion, the most spectacular interior in Brighton?
(from ?Brighton Churches? by Anthony Dale, 1989, page 194). Grade II* listed.
The building was designed by Thomas Lainson; construction started in 1874 and it was dedicated by the Chief Rabbi, Dr Nathan Adler, on 23rd September 1875. FREE. Donations welcome.
