Last night, the first Parallel Traces collective travelling exhibition "Parallel Traces: A new lens on Jewish Heritage" was presented in Girona, at the Museum of Jewish History of Girona!

The exhibition, produced by the Parallel Traces consortium and supported by the mayor of Girona and president of the Patronat Call of Girona Marta Madrenas, is already open! Visit us!

It features the works of different Guest Artists from Wroclaw, Sighet, Belgrade, Tbilisi and Girona, together with the works of the winners of the photography and audiovisual contest of the Parallel Traces project, all aimed at bringing to light the urban Jewish Heritage of the participating cities.

Parallel Traces is a cross-cutting, collaborative and cross European project that offers a renewed look at the significance of Jewish heritage. The project presents a well-defined consortium that brings together 8 organisations from 5 EU and 2 non-EU countries. The consortium, led by The European ssociation for the Preservation and Promotion of Jewish Culture and Heritage (AEPJ) based in Luxembourg, also includes Culture and Media Agency Europe aisbl (Belgium), Imascono Art S.L. And local partners Patronat Call de Girona (Spain), Tacka Kommukacije (Serbia), Tarbut Foundation (Romania), Bente Kahan Foundation (Poland) and Israeli House (Georgia).
